Overall Satisfaction with Joule

Before Joule users needed to navigate mulitple SAP screens and run manual reports. Now Joule solves by automating rputine queries, triggering transactons via natural language, summarizing large datasets instantly. Joule helps by offering natural language interface, guiding users through HR, finace, supply chain processes. Suggesting compliant actions based on business rules.

Extremely easy to use for non technical users, simple prompts like "Show my pending POs". Minimal onboarding required. Very good integration to SAP UI. Supports side panel suggestions, summaries and one click actions. Joule helps by explaining Variances, Supplier delays, Process steps, and data errors. It improves usability by reducing friction in tasks like creating PRs.

It is well suited for HR self service and manager assistance. Summarizes goals, feedback, and performance history, suggests coaching prompts. Guides managers through promotions, transfers and offboaring steps. Developers productivity on SAP BTP, drafts test data and example OData queries, provides integration tips for API hub. Poor data quality and complex transactons.
