Overall Satisfaction with Joule

We are trying to enable Joule in various different functional and business areas. Biggest use case we have is for the CAP, and RAP based application development and other functional areas like supply chain, logistics and even reporting functionality. The HR successfactors use cases have been enabled but facing some issues internally that we are actively working on

On a scale of 1–10, I would rate Joule’s overall usability highly. Its interface feels intuitive, navigation is straightforward, and key features are easy to access without unnecessary complexity. While there’s still room for refinement in customization and workflow flexibility, the experience remains smooth and efficient. Overall, Joule delivers a user‑friendly environment that supports productivity effectively
I’ve used and evaluated several tools similar to Joule, including SAP’s built‑in AI assistants, Microsoft CoPilot, Salesforce Einstein, and various workflow‑automation platforms. Each offered strengths in analytics, task automation, and user guidance. Comparing them helped highlight where Joule excels in simplicity and integration, as well as where additional enhancements could further improve its overall value.

Right now, the product is getting a lot of attention and is actively being developed. I believe in next few releases the product team at SAP is going to integrate more and more features within Joule exposing better models and packing a lot of punch with better data. We will be waiting for them to be generally available.
