Pros
- Very targeted popups. Can target on source/medium, technology, etc.
- AB testing of popups. This is key to optimizing.
- Easy to implement. We just use Google Tag Manager to put it on the site.
Cons
- The UX is still a bit basic and not always intuitive.
- Creating a single popup for both mobile+desktop is tricky.
- Pricing is a bit high.
- Increased lead capture rate
- Better retention of customers.
- Less engineering work needed.
