We used Justuno for 6 years and were happy with the product and rarely needed any assistance. However, we recently switched our email marketing to
Klaviyo which replaced some Justuno features. When we went to cancel Justuno's subscription we were unable to do so through their website which seemed less than ideal. One must contact Justuno directly so one of their salespeople can try to coerce you into staying and then they have to manually cancel the subscription. We tried to cancel the subscription 2 days prior to the subscription, which happened to fall over a weekend. Justuno CONVENIENTLY didn't opt to cancel our subscription as we requested, prior to our subscription renewing. They charged our card on a Monday and then conveniently reached out on Tuesday asking if we for sure wanted to cancel. We told them we definitely did want to cancel and questioned their charging of the credit card again on Monday. After 3 emails and a week we now can't get an answer out of the customer service rep. So, it sounds like this is par for the course with questionable business ethics. After giving them 10s of thousands of dollars they can't even be an honorable company when their SaaS is being replaced by a different one? We can now no longer recommend their product if this is how they treat their business partners.
