Overall Satisfaction with Kajabi

We currently use Kajabi organization-wide to host all of our company's programs, courses, and workshops, as well as landing pages and opt-in pages, our backup email database, and student CRM. Our primary brand website is hosted on Kajabi's platform, and we also process all of our transactions through Kajabi via their Stripe integration.

Before using Kajabi, we hosted our programs and courses on Squarespace. Being a website platform Squarespace didn't provide the functionality or features we needed to create a student-friendly experience. While Squarespace gave us our start, Kajabi helped us grow and scale our courses and programs, while providing a great (and mobile-friendly!) experience for our students. Kajabi's in-depth reporting features also make it easy to track our students' progress, identify opportunities for us to improve, and help them succeed within our programs.

We'd recommend Kajabi to any online business owner looking to consolidate multiple platforms into one. Kajabi is the leader when it comes to course hosting and makes it easy to set up online courses that are user-friendly for our students. We have also tested Kajabi's email marketing application as well as their website design, and while there is room to improve on each, Kajabi's team is continually working to make improvements to the platform and their customer support team is always at the ready to troubleshoot when needed.
