Currently we use Kajabi to house all of our digital products - opt-in freebies, courses, masterclasses, trainings, podcasts, PDFs, various downloads, coaching programs, tripwires, etc. It also is the hub for our email marketing/funnel/contacts. In addition it's where our monthly subscription service lives. Payments are processed there but handled by Stripe.

I think Kajabi is the end all be all streamlined all in one service for digital entreprenuers selling digital products of anykind. You can do everything within the platform (even process payments if you desire) so that you don't have to have a bunch of different systems/programs/tech set up. We use Kajabi as our email marketing platform, and for opt-ins and sales. It provides an easy way to generate offers and coupons. We are also starting an Affiliate program, for which setup has been very easy. Kajabi handles all of our sales outside of some evergreen products in our custom app.

The client wanted to keep the technology centralized and present the course with a certain level of quality for the user experience.

It's the first time they are taking their products to the digital space so everything had to be set up: domain, landing pages, online course, payment gateway, email marketing structure, etc.

Kajabi is one of the top course building platform and it's considered and all-in-one online business platform. It helps keep the online business tech in the same place and provides a scalable hosting platform for the business.

I wouldn't recommend Kajabi for someone that's starting to figure out what their product is going to be and who is the target audience. While one could argue the starting price point isn't high compared to having a brick and mortar store, it's also not practical pay between $100-$200 a month while the business figures out their offer. Kajabi is better suited for someone who has already tested their product, specifically courses, and can start selling it relatively soon after launching their Kajabi site. While Kajabi has come out with a coaching and community products, those are still in their infancy. The strength of Kajabi is in their course content delivery supported by the ability to have a simple website and email marketing system in the same platform.

We were looking for a Learning Management System for our Academy in Spanish and also for our Technical University. Previously, we were using another tool but we migrated everything to Kajabi as it offers a Marketing component that is important for us. We needed a software tool that was not licensed by users as in many e-learning platforms you could have hundreds of users but that doesn't mean that all of them are paying customers.
The previous tool charged by the user, so we had to continuously deactivate users so we did not end up paying more for users that were only taking advantage of our free courses.
Kajabi resolved this and many other issues with the plan we are on, we are able to have up to three e-learning portals (we have two at the moment) with the same plan. Also, the marketing components of Kajabi are powerful compared to other tools we have used.

Kajabi is the best in the business for making it super easy to build out full on courses and coaching programs. The aesthetic is really easy to use, it has all the right features and isn't bloated. Some other course software I've used tried to do too much. The reality is that most students are visiting Kajabi to watch the videos and grab the homework assignment. They're not using it as a task management system, and it's not designed to be that. Kajabi knows what it does best and sticks to it.

It's a really great choice if you're looking for tools for all your business and plan to go all-in with Kajabi's feature set: landing pages, website, email, checkouts, courses, [etc.] If you use everything it offers, it's an incredible deal, and because it's all in one platform, it's super easy to connect/link pages together or have a button on a page go to an offer checkout, etc.

If you are already spread across lots of other platforms (email here, checkouts there, landing pages there) and don't want to move anything around, Kajabi is still good, but you're missing out on a few of the features that make it unique.

For all courses and membership. We've used AccessAlly and Wishlist Member in the past on Wordpress, but technically supporting a membership/course platform is a different animal, when something conflicts, doesn't work as it should, or goes down, it's an emergency and whilst we had the resources to support a Wordpress based platform, it was an area where the time and resources could be better used elsewhere.
Kajabi takes care of this. They're reliable and they offer a wonderful UX to the client.
Not everyone in our audience is tech savvy so it's vital that the interface must be intuitive, easy, and visually appealing. We'd always been boxed into creating this in a custom designed Wordpress site, but Kajabi provides this and does all the heavy lifting.

The ability to brand and customize every step of the user experience has saved tons of time and stress while providing our customers the great experience they've come to expect.

It's well suited for the non-tech savvy who want to offer courses and simple email processes, for those who'd prefer to use their resources in an area other than tech support and creating / coding a membership site, for those who value efficiency while still maintaining an outstanding end user experience.

It's not great for those who want an all-in-one but have complex email campaigns, want to offer Google Pay or Apple Pay while taking advantage of Kajabi's shopping cart, or those who want to have full control over every single detail of the end user experience.

It's also not a good fit for those who rely heavily on gamifying their courses and memberships.
