We use Keap for email automation and other tasks. What keeps it high is it can be integrated with many applications, which is very much useful for small businesses. They also have many training materials available to help small businesses like us to train ourselves to get more output.

  • It's like mobile version has low features compared to the web version.
  • The campaign part is bit complex and take time to learn things.

  • Overall a good time saver for small businesses to handle multiple tasks in the given time/day.

Keap is a solid CRM with everything needed for a business, but what it makes a bit lagging is it's not easy to use. Need to be trained before using it, but there are a lot of resources/training materials available to train ourselves. Overall, it is highly recommended with multiple features in it.
