Overall Satisfaction with Keap

We use Keap to manage our email lists and to send individual one-off emails and automated campaigns.
  • Email automation.
  • Email formatting.
  • Instructions/training.
  • Saved significant time by automating list management.
  • Increased touch points without increasing internal work with automatic campaigns.

Do you think Keap delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Keap's feature set?

No

Did Keap live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Keap go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Keap again?

Yes

Keap is good for setting up automatic campaigns based on user activity. However, it's a very complex software that can easily become overwhelming if not implemented correctly. I would tell anyone interested in it that it's great software but you really need to have a dedicated team member whose main focus is implementing and training team members to ensure you're taking advantage of all the different aspects and things aren't getting out of hand.

Most of it is easy to use but complex to set up. I wasn't involved with the implementation process at my company, but it clearly wasn't done well. I don't know if it was the company or the Keap team, but as a result, we can't use a lot of the functions I wish we could.
