This software is so destined to uplift a business. It is an excellent CRM tool. In my organization, it is being utilized for sales and marketing automation and is amazing in providing direction to our business. And it provides the best of experience to
our customers and we can conduct email marketing. IT is assisting us in sales as well as in managing customer relations.

Pros
- The way it assists in automated emails is very accommodating.
- It is a highly reliable tool and helps in tracking.
- It has chat and phone support that is highly valuable for us.
- It has multiple tools to assist CRM which basically includes affiliate marketing, sales automation, email marketing, multi-media marketing and this all makes it all–in–one package.
Cons
- Its reporting is not so intuitive and we don’t like it at all, and there should be more details.
- It doesn’t really provide many customizations and there need to be more options.
- Setting this tool up is not our cup of tea and should be made less complicated.
- Our customers are having a good experience and we enjoy strengthened relationships with our customers.
- IT has proved as a time saver because of its automated marketing and automated emails.
- There isn’t any negative ROI.
It is our first tool which we are using since we entered the organization and it is providing us with everything we wanted so we haven’t second thought of changing our choice as we are getting wonderful tools in highly amazing pricing and it is fulfilling all of our business’s demands. We are contented with Keap and there is no such plan of moving on to some other CRM.
