Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
I've tried several other CRMs and automation platforms but for almost 10 years without fail, Infusionsoft/Keap has been and remains my top pick. The support is far and beyond all others, the system is amazingly robust and once you get past the initial curve, which they've made easier over the years, is very user-friendly.

- Multi-channel, multi-step follow-up automation.
- Email newsletter.
- Sales and Marketing CRM.
Cons
- Integration with social platforms.
- SEO tracking.
- Sales Pipeline User Interface could be more intuitive.
- Saves a huge amount of time daily.
- Reduces costs otherwise spent on a variety of other tools.
- Team functionality makes for great scalability.
Constant Contact is very good but limited to one or two uses compared to multiple uses for Keap. Pipedrive is even more limited and not as user-friendly. Hubspot is great but way overpriced compared to the value delivered by Keap. Mailchimp is just, well... cheap in my view. Freshworks CRM is robust but not so easy to use and far more limited in the variety of capabilities. None of these (with the possible exception of HubSpot) has nearly the level of support that Keap offers.
