Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
To track training leads and how we manage training with those leads. We also send broadcasts that are mass emails. We use the report function as well. It is helpful to maintain our contact list and send mass emails to those lists. We send invoices and it is helpful to communicate and organize with our team.

Keap has much more advantages. It gave us the ability to keep more data. Was more intuitive of a program and helps us maintain more information about our customers. We like the pipeline function. Microsoft has better documentation sharability but the project management function of Keap is so much easier to follow when teammates are out.
