Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
I use Keap for ongoing communication with current customers, drip campaigns for prospective customers who have downloaded website resources, onboarding campaigns for new customers, and communication with people who have recently purchased my book. Most of these utilize automation. I also use the Keap calendar to let people schedule appointments with me. I have also used landing pages and product purchase capabilities.
- Bulk email.
- Automation.
- Landing Pages.
- Scheduling.
- It would be great if there was more functionality around structuring products that you can sell. I was doing an in-person event and wanted to sell the first admission for X and the second for X + Y. That was not supported and I had to use a workaround.
- There was one part of creating automation that wasn't intuitive. I wanted an email recipient who clicked through to a landing page but didn't complete the goal (register for an event) to get the next email in the sequence. I had to work around to get the functionality I wanted.
- I've sold online classes on Keap.
- I've scheduled sales calls based on email marketing campaigns.
The Keap product is more robust than these products. It delivers functionality for similar pricing.
