Overall Satisfaction with Kemp LoadMaster
We are using Kemp LoadMaster across our entire organization. We have an LB pair in our DMZ as well as a pair internal. We primarily use Kemp LoadMaster to load balance our ERP system and our DMZ-hosted websites. We've been happy with Kemp LoadMaster for 5+ years. The customer support, manuals, and appliance UI are outstanding.
- The appliances are extremely stable.
- The UI is easy to use.
- Support is great, especially for someone just starting out.
- Remembering to save certain individual pieces of the configuration while on the same configuration page can be confusing.
- Website uptime is beneficial to our company using Kemp LoadMaster.
[Kemp LoadMaster is more] stable and [has] better pricing.
