Overall Satisfaction with Kendo UI

We use Kendo UI for all of our JavaScript controls, site themes and also in our WPF applications. Our controls are complex, and Kendo UI gives us a base to work off of without having to re-invent the wheel. Since they are customizable and have plenty of event handlers to bind to, we can use their controls to suit our needs.
  • Consistent look and feel across Kendo UI controls.
  • Plenty of different control options to cover many use cases.
  • Consistently updated with bug fixes and new features.
  • Support takes 24 hours to get a response, and half the time the responses are useless and require follow up questions. It can take a week to get the answer you're looking for.
  • Reduces development time by providing good base controls that can be expanded upon.
We have used Bootstrap, and use it alongside Kendo UI. Kendo provides a more advanced control set than Bootstrap.
Highly customizable, support is generally useful but can be very slow to get to a solution, support for jQuery, Angular, WPF, UWP and other platforms so you can use the controls across all your applications.
