Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

Khoros is being used by our entire social media team. We use it to schedule social posts, for social listening, reporting, etc.
  • Easy to navigate
  • Customer support
  • Many tools
  • Mobile app
  • Sometimes slow
  • Instagram publishing
  • Simple reports that can be sent out to other teams (easily understandable).
  • Increase in efficiency.
