Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing

We use Khoros to upload LinkedIn posts and it is a daily excercise. We use the calendar to plan the timings of our mailings. We also have several approvers in the USA who approve before we launch. We upload video and imagery and produce both business and internal/employee posts.

Pros

  • Timing of posts
  • Easy logon
  • Nice visuals

Cons

  • Really difficult to add a header
  • Dont like how I have to link to an image file rather than posting it.
  • Hard to alter the next
  • Help us see what people want to read
  • Gives us a social media presence although we have other avenues
  • Allows for better planning
Not to my knowledge - I believe it was a tool selected a while ago.
Only via the approval system - but the posts already go through compliance before being entered into Khoros
We are already a large business

I'm not part of the selection process
As a new user - I think it is not very intuitive and training was required twice. In my opinion, the system could be a lot easier to use and I have found it very difficult. Getting use to it now but you really need to make adding headers and images easier. The approval process is also slow but I think this is more of an internal issue.
