Overall Satisfaction with Kickbox
We use this software on behalf of the whole organization and in our department. It addresses the business problem of maintaining our email server integrity.
- Finding misspelled emails
- Including domain name in Excel output that is produced
- Easy to use software
- Catching spam traps
- Too many emails in "unknown" category when cleaning B2B emails
- More accurate cleaning overall
- Our servers are in great reputation
I like Kickbox output files better as it includes the "domain". Overall, both softwares could do a better job cleaning lists. Kickbox shows more "unknown" emails where are BriteVerify shows less "unknown emails" but then more bad emails end up in the valid list. Kickbox has a higher threshold to put emails in "unknown".
