Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
We use the Compliance Plus modules in KnowBe4 for some of our annual training requirements - Code of Conduct, Privacy, Anti-Bribery, and Harassment, to name a few.
They are specific enough but general to apply to our company and policies. The biggest issue with most provided training is when they are 95% good with that 5% which goes against your policies - this does not happen with most of the Compliance Plus content we need.

- Harassment training with enough modules to cover our global workforce
- Variety of compliance related training that it covers
- Works and fits right in with the other training we do - users are aware of the platform
- Branding of the content - some very minor branding is available, but not enough
- Ability to add links to policy or maybe a custom slide into the training - has to be done as another module in the same campaign
- Training cost has decreased - cost of Compliance Plus is less than cost of custom training
- Replaces previous LMS used only for compliance training - providing users with one platform, company cost savings, and improved tracking on training
We use Compliance Plus to provide privacy, code of conduct, harassment, anti-bribery and more. More country specific content was added in the last year - allowing us to provide the specific training to our users in specific countries (or states). New content around privacy and AI will be added to what present to users in 2024.
Simplification - users know one platform. Team implementing the training has one platform, reporting of all training comes from one platform.
The content is straightforward. It is not simply slides with voice. The content is interactive and engaging.
Compliance Plus was selected as we were already a KnowBe4 security awareness customer.
