Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

We use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to supplement our Cybersecurity training campaigns. This includes phishing simulations, webinars, posters and newsletters. KnowBe4 Compliance Plus has allowed us to monitor our employees that have the bad habit of clicking on everything. We also use the service to post and track other governance and compliance related training required in our organization.

Pros

  • The ability to send notifications automatically.
  • The dashboard is well put together giving you a quick overview right away.
  • The content material is relevant and not boring at all.

Cons

  • It would be great to have a spot to upload our policies so that people can have access to them.
  • Our company has significantly reduced the PPP since we started using making us perform at less than half the industry average.
I think the biggest area is cybersecurity and the code of conduct. We are required to train our staff on the code of conduct annually and the variety of relevant materials is great so that we are not repeating it year over year. Training on diversity and inclusion is also another requirement that the platform has helped us with.
Being able to deliver security and compliance training from one platform has been great for our organization because we are able to automate some of the tasks such as sending reminders for completion, getting reports e-mailed, etc. The tool is very user friendly making it easy for us to create campaigns.
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus' compliance training content is very high quality, user friendly, relevant and often entertaining. We have a very high degree of participation from our team because of the quality of the training content and are able to easily comply with the requirements because of the variety of it. The content is updated often aligning it well with the needs.

A lot of the material is focused on the United States compliance, so if your company is in the US it is well suited. We are headquartered in Canada with operations in LATAM, some of the material is not relevant to us so it would be great to cover those jurisdictions. I would also like to see an integration of more ESG material given some of the requirements in Canada such as training on Forced Labour and Child Labour.
