Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
We use it only for HIPAA Training for compliance purposes. CPA firms have to do this training on all staff as per the HIPAA law. We explored other uses for compliance plus, but HIPAA is the only training we need as a firm. As time goes on, we may need it more.
Pros
- Easily allows all users to do training
- Gives them the knowledge to stay compliant
Cons
- The training is a bit dry
- HIPAA for business associates is not updated often
- It provided us training. I can't say more than that.

Makes it much smoother to do all the training for security in one place.
I would say the quality is slightly above average. The training does what it needs to do.
We stuck with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus due to convenience more than anything. The platform is already set up.
