We are seeking compliance-related certifications to make our service and product more competitive in the market. To start with, Compliance Plus helps educate our internal team and improve their awareness of compliance requirements. It is an excellent complement to our existing products, such as security awareness training and phishing tests.

SOC2, ISO27000.

We use many products from KnowBe4. Compliance Plus just added another layer of confidence to our security awareness training. It completed the missing part of the training coverage and well-prepared us for our next compliance journey. Using just one platform to do all of those simplifies the whole process and makes the users more attractive to the purpose of training.

The quality of KnowBe4 training materials is decent. They cover all common knowledge, although the depth of knowledge is still pending discovery. But for normal workers, it is more than enough. Only certain levels of targets might need to be enhanced.
