Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
We utilize the KnowBe4 Compliance Plus add-on to supply all appropriate trainings for our organization regarding compliance. This suite of trainings covers us for a wide range of compliance testing and even covers region specific training types. We have found the organization of the trainings, scheduling campaigns and moving through follow-up processes to be quite low impact and overall easy to manage. The training also seems to maintain a current state with any changes to existing compliance standards. We have noticed some updates to training content to maintain with industry changes, which has been very helpful. Overall I would recommend it based on our experience.

- Less manual management of training enrollment
- unified library to cover all training interests
Quick access to Executive Reports has been the most helpful. More granular reporting metrics has been nice for inter-departmental reviewing.
It is appropriately configured for most uses. I would like to see a better platform or structure for the PCI training
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus has been a much more feature rich and preferred platform. There has been some disparity in reception of content delivery, but overall we find the training more effective.
