Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER
KnowBe4 PhishER is in addition to our KnowBe4 phishing email submission plugin that our users have on their Microsoft Outlook clients. This plugin allows them to submit suspected phishing messages directly to the network staff. They then will validate whether an email is in fact malicious or not. Unfortunately this step takes up alot of the time of the admin's and something was needed to reduce this. Enter the PhishER automatic scanning/recognition software. It takes the work out of doing it all by hand!
- Fast and easy
- Seamless for users and admins alike
- Automatically scans the majority of submissions from users
- First setup can be a bit complex
- Costs can be high if subscribing to all their services
- Cloud based is nice but you have to worry about sensitive info being submitted by users
- TONS of time saved scanning and looking through submissions by hand
- After setup it pretty much runs itself without intervention
- Its costly and does increase security budget
