The #1 Product to Improve Security Awareness

We are using KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus to increase the level of security awareness in our organization. The problems we are trying to address are: insufficient awareness and knowledge of security topics, not knowing how to handle phishing messages as well as for our IT department how to better handle reported phishing messages in less time. KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus helps us to accomplish these goals.

With our own filters we can effectively reduce the time spent to user reported messages with about 40%. For the other messages, the built-in analysis tools ensure that classification takes less time than before. Also the dashboard function helps to see which tasks need to be worked on and which are finished already.

We have implemented PhishER Blocklist although we are not sure how effective it is, because there is no reporting on that. Also the Entra security dashboard regularly warns of an upcoming blocklist expiration even though this is business as usual with the PhishER Blocklist. PhishML is turned on but not really used - yet. We occasionally use PhishRIP and hardly use PhishFlip.
