Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus
We currently utilize PhishER to review emails flagged as phishing through our Phish Alert Button through KnowBe4 to determine if they are legitimate or spam. We also rely on PhishER to provide weekly and monthly reporting. PhishER is used across the entire enterprise at our company.
Pros
- Classification of Spam.
- Advance analytics.
Cons
- In my opinion reporting is very weak.
- Good training.
- Good determination of spam emails.
We currently leverage the KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER and its ability to cut down on incident response noise by identifying and managing messages that actually are threats and those that are classified as spam, safe, or neutral. This allows security teams to focus on real threats, thus improving response time.
Currently, we use Phish ER Blocklist capabilities. Based on our current setup, we cannot utilize Phish RIP or Phish FLip.
We liked the integration and ease of use.
