Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus

We are using KnowBe4 PhishER as our automated phishing response system, which has significantly improved our phishing investigation response time.

Pros

Cons

  • If a simulated phishing email generated through the KnowBe4 console is reported via the Phish Alert button using a third-party application, the analysis is conducted in PhishER. However, this leads to a positive click being recorded for the user who reported the simulated phishing email, resulting in false positives in the KnowBe4 console.
  • PhishER has streamlined the phishing investigation and response process, reducing the time and resources required from our incident response team, enabling them to focus on higher-priority tasks.
The system’s swift analysis and automated management of phishing incidents have shortened response times, leading to quicker threat mitigation and reduced potential impact. Our team can allocate resources more effectively, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency and productivity.
