Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF

We use Kofax for anything we used to use with Adobe. Reading, editing, signing PDF documents for ourselves and for our customers. Without it, we would not be able to save purchase orders and contracts or open ones from our vendors and customers.

Pros

  • Editing PDFs
  • Signing PDFs
  • Sending and Receiving PDFs

Cons

  • Cleaner or more streamlined tool access
  • Kofax saves a lot of time being able to quickly open and manage PDF contracts from our customers and vendors.
Kofax is easy to use
Kofax is essentially the same as Adobe but half the cost.
We haven't used Kofax support
