Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
For me, Kofax Power PDF has the simplest workflow compared to other document management software. It’s also easy to deploy on multiple systems and integrates easily with other software we use. Adobe and some of the other options just didn’t cut it.

Beyond impressed with its function and ease of use. Onboarding is a breeze compared to some of the competing software offerings.
- Adobe Acrobat and Foxit PDF Editor (FoxitPhantom)
Adobe offers a lot of features, but usability and versatility are not as prevalent. Beats any freeware offering by miles.

Our office needed Power PDF to have a specific set of features, while also being easy to use and integrate with our existing software. It has lived up to the task. From my perspective, it has been simple to transition to and use. Everyone in our office would agree it is the best option for a document management and editing solution.
