Use Cases and Deployment Scope

All our staff use Kofax PDF to build, complete, sign, and send securely, PDF documents. Kofax PDF allows us to combine different PDF file into one file or to separate pages out of a large PDF document. Kofax PDF has intuitive features that don't require a lot of memorizing what each function does. I highly recommend Kofax Power PDF Advance.

We used Kofax Power PDF to build all of our forms when we first started.
It worked great. Allowed us to email forms for electronic signatures.
Did not use the Kofax Power PDF as a scanning application.
May not be needed for just scanning and saving PDF file but great for manipulating the files.
