Power PDF Standard for Mac

Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF

I needed to be able to create and edit pdfs at a reasonable price. Mainly used for document marking for finance and some client mock ups. This doesn’t come up very often but frequently enough to warrant needing software to facilitate and make it easy to complete. Additionally it is used to purchase annotations to vendors.

  • Clearing the current tool
  • Panning the document
  • Cost - cheaper in the long term
  • Time savings compared to other free options
Finding the right tool is not the best, and switching between tools could use improvement. But overall it’s fairly easy to use
Adobe is way more expensive but easier to use

Texting editing and redacting
It is best suited if you need basic pdf viewing and editing where you don’t want to pay way too much. Most other options are subscriptions that gets very expensive if you want to use it more than a year or two whereas Kofax is a one time purchase at a very reasonable price. Great for new businesses!
