- Scanning, especially manual two-sided scanning.
- Converting PDF to MS Word.
- Form Filling.
- I cannot think of three things that Kofax can do better, but there is one feature I would like to see added. Iris San has a feature called descewing. When you scan documents, it rarely scans perfectly horizontally which makes form filling difficult. Descewing straightens out the scanned document.
- Using Kofax speeds up my work output.
It is very easy to use. Easier than Adobe Acrobat.
I have used Iris Scan and HP Smart, but they are only a scanner. Kofax does so much more.
