Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
We purchased Kofax Power PDF because it is so much cheaper than Adobe. While it took a little while to get used to, it more or less has all the same functionality, at a much lower overall cost to our organization.
- Combining documents.
- Reading PDFs.
- Making comments on PDFs.
- Some integrations with our other software providers are smoother with Adobe.
- Learning curve.
- Staff aren't familiar with it.
It is intuitive and relatively easy to use.
I prefer Adobe because it's familiar, but the value proposition of Kofax is unbeatable.
