Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We use Kofax as our PDF viewing and editing software. We create and use fillable forms, and use it to compile and file court applications, briefs of law, and other legal documents.
  • Package numerous documents into one PDF document.
  • Archive email folders.
  • Add electronic signatures.
  • The preview function in Microsoft File Explorer had some glitches and didn't work with Kofax.
  • The one-time purchase cost was the major factor when we selected a PDF program.
It has been intuitive and easy to use. Lots of help on the internet by dedicated users.
They are similar - we chose Kofax because of the one-time purchase price.
Kofaxs does everything we need it to do, is easy to use, and has worked well.

Kofax is an excellent product - it does most everything Adobe does, but with a one-time fee, rather than a monthly charge.
