Kofax, what I needed and glad I found it!
Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
I started with Nuance and liked the simplicity of the functions. I really like the ability to merge other PDF documents into a single document. The one feature that made me a continual user was the ability to add documents to existing PDF when printing. Over the years, I have renewed my license and upgraded because of these and other really useful features.
Pros
- Converting PDF's to Word or Excel documents.
- Print new documents and add to existing PDFs.
- Inserting existing PDF documents into a new PDF.
Cons
- Creating forms with selection boxes having pre-defined responses.
- View multiple PDF documents and move pages back and forth between PDFs.
- Allows us to provide a license to many users at a reasonable cost.
- Simple to learn.
I never had to open the [Help] option. I simply started using it and figured out the features as I needed them.
Kofax does some things better and PDFelement does some things better. Both have pros and cons.
