Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We currently use Kofax as a replacement to Adobe Reader for our files that are sent to clients and that are sent to us. We tried Kofax as a replacement to Adobe because we are receiving blueprints and draft drawings that were too large to open normally or were not able to open due to the detail and amount of data in the drawings.
We also use it to create and modify PDF documents that are sent to clients for contract purpose and documentation of work.

  • Integrates in with Office.
  • Ease of use to end user.
  • None that we have found to date.
  • Lower cost so able to purchase more license.
  • Lightweight profile.
