Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is the only pdf program I use. It allows reading, cutting and pasting from most pdfs and bates stamping, all of which are central to my practice.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Bates stamping - saves a lot of time.
Cut and pasting - save a lot of time.

Cons

Cut and paste - not available on all documents.
Easier instructions on bates stamping - I Google it every time to make sure I don't miss a step.
can't save as PDFA, having trouble filing in court

Positive impact on time and cost savings, by using the bates stamping function to avoid time loss and cost of labels, printer ink.

Negative impact: finding another way to save as PDFA

Ease-of-Use

It is easy to use, with the exception of the bates stamping. Using the macros can be confusing and checking off the numerous steps involved.

Alternatives Considered

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Kofax was a one time fee, so more affordable and delivered equivalent results.
