Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance) is used by us when nothing else works. When Adobe lets us down, Kofax pulls us through our needs to manage our PDF. If it loaded a bit faster, we would abandon Adobe.
- Make pages searchable when other programs can't get it done.
- Manages security settings when others can't.
- Gets our redaction needs accomplished quickly and multiple pages without extra effort.
- Good job (not prefect yet but getting better) converting PDF to MS Word documents.
- Converting PDF to MS Word - needs to NOT put text into textboxes as it is very difficult to manage text boxes in long converted documents.
- Load more quickly.
- We are focused on results for clients so getting the job done is way more important than trying to track cost.
- Power PDF is a much better value than high end PDF programs yet Power PDF gets the job done for us.
It is easy to use. Help is the best as I don't need to remember how to do stuff when I can just ask help.

NOne. We use product support from the vendor. This is a very low-cost high-yield app for us.

- Don't have an answer as our expectations the App will do what we want are meet so no unexpected outcomes.
