Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We are using Kofax for majority of those who need a pdf editor. The reason is we prefer a one time purchase vs Adobe's monthly subscription.
  • Convert Word to pdf.
  • Edit pdf.
  • Cost savings.
Since I only support I only know that some employees use this without any complaints while others prefer Adobe for ease of use.
Cost is the main reason we selected Kofax.
Never used support.

We have two tiers of users. Most users who request a pdf editor receive Kofax. Some users complain that Kofax is not easy to edit pdf documents vs Adobe and get Adobe instead.
