Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

I use Kofax Power PDF as a low-cost replacement for Adobe PDF. I need to be able to edit and collate scans that are saved to PDF and Kofax does that. I am happy about the price and the power I get.
  • Save selected pages in a multi-page PDF in to separate PDF.
  • Ability to add additional pages to an additional multi-page PDF.
  • Multi-user workflow capability.
  • Faster load time for integration with Microsoft Word.
  • Faster load time at launch in general.
  • Cost savings.
Power PDF is intuitive to use. It integrates with Windows Explorer and Microsoft Office very well.
We needed a low cost option of Adobe PDF and Kofax Power PDF came out on top. We were familiar with the name Kofax so we knew the software would be supported over time.
I receive regular software updates that address security and functionality.

Microsoft Office 2016 (discontinued), Microsoft Teams
The PDF editing capability are on par with Adobe PDF and much farther ahead of free options. This allowed me to save money and still perform my work.
Kofax Power PDF is a great low-cost option compared with Adobe PDF. It is light-years ahead of free options as well. Kofax keeps the software updated on a regular basis. Power PDF is great for PDF editing and for overall workflow tasks across various departments.
