Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance Power PDF)

Kofax Standard PDF is being used company wide for editing and modifying PDFs. We have been using it since it was Nuance.
  • Mimics the looks of Office products
  • Intuitive design
  • Loads quickly
  • Not a heavy install
  • Allow the standard version to be deployed silently
  • Perpetual license
  • Non subscription
It pretty much has all the same features as far as I could tell and as far as the users can tell. It's less heavy on CPU and memory.
I have not had to reach out to support whatsoever.

Perpetual licenses are very affordable compared to Adobe DC Pro. Kofax has the same functionalities as Adobe and the interface looks identical to Office products so users can quickly adapt to the layout without training.
