- Post-implementation support is lacking. Customer service can be slow to respond and often just provides links to help articles.
- More robust reporting
- Increased productivity
- Increased CSAT
- Zendesk and Front
Kustomer was better suited to the personalized nature of the service that we're trying to provide.
