Overall Satisfaction with Kyriba

I've been working with Kyriba since 2020. In our first phase, we implemented 3 modules. We were like kids in a candy store with the ability to see over 200+ bank accounts in the click of a button. Kyriba has been very helpful with supporting our company with our debt transactions. We are currently implementing the payment Hub, fraud and bank fees module.

Pros

  • Communicate updated released times
  • Kyriba support replies to my questions within 24hrs or less

Cons

  • Deal Capture is a very difficult module when updating interest rates, notional amounts, etc.
  • Without Kyriba support or a consultant, administration is not user friendly
  • Reduce bank fees across our family of companies
  • Kyriba help reduce the number of hours Treasury perform when setting the daily cash position.
Kyriba makes Treasury professional life so much easier.
