Overall Satisfaction with Kyriba

Kyriba manages our cash accounting, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, liquidity planning and payments. It’s in-house banking allows us to fund entity at several different banks without having to login to any banking platform. We are continually leveraging the system to automate processes in order to eliminate the need for additional hires and to strategically align our treasury practices.

  • We've acquired more than 50+ businesses but have not had to hire new personnel as we've been able to automate with Kyriba.
  • We’ve been able to streamline the accounting process by automating bank recs and cash accounting.
  • We reduced the use of excel for forecasting and are able to provide a revised forecast within minutes versus days.
Kyriba is very easy to use and offers Elevate training for continued growth. It is extremely customizable which makes it easy to adapt the system to any organization and connect with any ERP or financial institution. There is also continued support and webinars to continue to build on it’s functionality.

Kyriba is helpful when consolidating banking platforms into one place. It allows us to consolidate data for easier forecasting and sort data based on specific needs. It automates the GL reconciliation process and almost eliminates the need for posting cash accounting. We are able to easily track debt and produce amortization schedules with the deal capture module.
