Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

We wanted to ensure we didn't have opportunities pass us from potential customers who might be interested in our service. Whilst the sales team remain active within the current customer base & look for new customers. We often find that no stone can be left unturned, so whilst we might know many businesses who need our service, there are lots of businesses that need us we don't know about. That's where Lead Forensics filled the gap. We review most of the data that comes through Lead Forensics via the dashboard, the team quickly validates the likeliness of their requirements and puts out a cold call or email to see if there could be further development. This has proved successful for our conversion rates, in our business the conversation can take weeks, or sometimes years to come into fruition.

Pros

  • Give you details on the business
  • Nice easy to use dashboard that provides a easy to review mini CRM
  • Duration & page visits on our site. When back tracking on customers, it often helps your validation process to see if the customer has potential to be interested.

Cons

  • Sometimes the phone or email linking can be incorrect
  • Whilst the team has put effort into turning leads into customers and created a lot of focus. Lead Forensics has likely given us customers we did not know existed
  • Whilst in a busy working environment Lead Forensics can sometimes be forgotten about - so if you are to invest, you need to ensure you have someone who can dedicate time to utilising it.
nice and easy to navigate, but sometimes training sessions required to dedicate time to understand the system fully can be time consuming. however, if you are dedicated to using it, it is without doubt great.

We have had visits land on our page. The sales team have picked up the phone or email, which has then lead to a physical meeting with said prospect or even better, converted sales with PO's & money in the bank.
