Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics
We use Lead Forensics to ascertain who has visited specific pages on our website. With the addition of our CRM data we are quickly able to identify potential new companies to approach or to identify existing contacts and tailor messaging to them accordingly as a result of this tool. We use the trigger reports on a daily basis and set up email alerts for specific auctions that we are monitoring. We find this invaluable as both a tool to find new leads and to also gauge marketing channel effectiveness.
