Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

We use Lead Forensics daily to identify and engage with prospects. It provides us with valuable insight into which companies are visiting our site, what pages they are viewing, and how long they stay. This then allows our sales and marketing team to have a more personalised outreach and improve our conversion rate. Because they have been looking on our website we know they are interested in our services and it enables our sales team to act quickly with warm prospects. You have to put in the work to see the result, but if you keep on top of looking at who is visiting your site and what you are doing with the information it is a great tool.

In the past we have spoken to companies and ended the call with the impression that they were not interested in our services. When we then got Lead Forensics and could see who was viewing our website, we saw the same companies looking at specific pages on our site giving us more information and a warmer outreach to get back in touch. We have booked several meetings with companies we had previously decided were not interested.
