Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

I hadn't used Leadforensics in any previous roles until I joined the company I currently work at. They had been using Leadforensics for a while, but not to its full potential. As part of my role, I meet with the team every month to explore ways we can use the platform to improve our roles. It is a very integral part of our business, and now I understand how it works and can pass on the knowledge to my colleagues, and more and more positivity comes from the platform. We use it across Sales and Marketing, and the board of directors is always fascinated by the visitors to our site. Personally, I find the system very easy to use and understand, and I can tailor it to my marketing department's needs. I would strongly suggest investing in this system. It has allowed me to really understand who is visiting our site, our audience, our customers, and those who are not really interested in what we do, so we can nail down companies that we know benefit from our services.

  • In some perfect world - information about what the company purchases.
  • It has shown us who is visiting our site.
  • Based on the above, it has highlighted the work we needed to do on our website and campaigns.
  • It will marry up which campaigns are working - ROI.
It is just a brilliant piece of software, and I discover more and more every time I meet with my account manager. The company missed a trick when it was first set up, as I believe they only used it to see who was looking at the site, but it can do so much more, and we would not be without it now. We have used it in relation to a cold-call campaign with Paragon to drive sales, but ultimately drilled down into who was coming to the site and whether they were our ideal customer.
Completely different system as Mediahawk tracks the user journey and our calls. Our business is very call-dependent. We don't publicise prices because they are dynamic, so many of our existing and new customers call us for quotes. Mediahawk has allowed me to track the journey from online to phone call and understand that process.

It's a great system. As I said, I had never used it, but I feel that if I do move on, I would definitely take this with me - everyone I introduce it to via my network is amazed by it. As a small company, for our sales and marketing, it is a brilliant platform; in fact, I'll go as far as to say that our logistics and supply chain look at it daily as well. Reports are fantastic, and the fact that you can jump on and see data in real time is brilliant.
