Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

Used by Sales and Marketing org to support the outbound motion. Sales uses it daily, particularly the trigger reports, to reach out to relevant contacts at the right time and introduce our services. It aligns sales with interested companies at the right moment to help them convert.

Pros

  • Web Intent breakdown to page by page.
  • Contact Enrichment.
  • CSM Support.

Cons

  • UI is slightly outdated.
  • Brought in many MQLs who didn't form fill. Filled that gap between marketing and sales.
Lead Forensics is usable and has clear videos scattered around the platform, encouraging users to level up. The CSM team is great at supporting and providing training for sales and marketing. Dashboards are a bit clunky, and the UI isn't the best. From memory, it hasn't really changed since we've been using it. These factors hold the platform back, as something as simple as filtering can be hidden behind a few clicks, which some salespeople are unaware of.

Yes

A great platform for sales to use to target the right people. Helps them prioritise their outreach for new business, but also has great potential for existing customers. Being able to track what they're viewing, e.g., integrations to be able to guide conversations and for account management to best prepare for catch-ups, is great. The UI is slightly outdated, and they recently removed lead scoring, which was a shame.
