A very useful tool for website lead analysis
Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics
We use Lead Forensics to view which businesses are looking at our site, analysing what they do and following up accordingly. This has helped us have greater visibility of who is engaging with us, both organically and through paid search. Without Lead Forensics this would be much harder to achieve.
Pros
- Provides visibility of website visitors
- Real time notifications delivered to the right people
- Easy to understand reporting
Cons
- Confidence scoring per lead would be useful
- Auto suppression of non-buying traffic (job seekers, competitors, bots) would be beneficial
- Automatic lead prioritisation could help us prioritise better
- Helped analyse intent
- Shown which sources are pushing people towards our site
- Highlighted cross sell opportunities
- Webeo
- Google Analytics
Lead Forensics is strong for identifying which companies are visiting your website and turning anonymous traffic into sales opportunities. Webeo is more focused on personalising the website experience in real time to increase conversions. Google Analytics provides broader traffic and behaviour insights, but doesn’t identify individual businesses or support targeted B2B outreach in the same way.
