We use Lessonly across the entire organization. It is our training tool for:

Lessonly has helped us ensure that we have an organized training plan that is adjustable and easy to update. With 23 offices across the country, all of our personnel can access the system and gain the same knowledge necessary to grow their careers on their own time from wherever they are.

Pros and Cons

The user interface is very simple to use.
Lessonly University is very informative and answers all of your questions.
The ready-to-use content is great for starting templates to build from and tailor to your own needs.

The gradebook could be improved upon with more filters.
The Insights page could have better custom report capabilities.

Return on Investment

Money saved on travel for training.
Decrease in employee turnover.

Docebo LMS

I chose Lessonly because they were local and starting up. They seemed like a good and growing organization. I liked how Lessonly allowed the customization, plan management, content templates, assignment triggers, and ability to help us plan the curriculum. Their teams helped us convert our material to digital formats to help us lessen the burden of change and start up.
